Excellent ground. Good views from my seat. Drinks and food are extortionate but you'd expect that anyway.
I wrote this review before I went to the spa which turned out to be another bad experience. They have a new policy of not turning on the sauna and steam room till 1.30 pm so they were cold.
I won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Brum….i mean what more do you want other than a clean, quiet room to enable a super restful night followed by a great brekky?!?
A clean and well serviced room with comfortable bed. Next time will remember to specify king size bed rather than two single beds. Perhaps a trade off for the high floor! Hassle free check in and out too. 8/10.
Very helpful and friendly reception staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would certainly recommend and stay again.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others
I've stayed in this hotel on a few occasions. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are beautiful with floor to ceiling
It's ideal for families or friends who will be staying for a few days as it allows you cook your own food. There's a laundry room downstairs beside the gym. Bed was comfortable. Room could be cleaned better and facilities need upgrading. Comes with complimentary continental breakfast buffet style. Not much options but at least cold and hot options available. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Great value for money.
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available Londres slots too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.
Food was poor and overpriced. The heat in the club was unbearable. Struggled to get any conversation from the staff. Would not recommend
